Cultivated in India, this round, yellow mango has a wonderfully spicy taste (particularly bitter close to the skin) and an appealing firm texture.

Field notes:
Based on my limited experience harvesting it last year, the mangoes that were already yellow and had sap oozing through the skin ripened exceptionally well. Those harvested at an earlier phase did not turn out well at all.
