Each order is carefully wrapped with packing paper to protect delicate fruit during USPS flat-rate shipping.

Our fruit are picked when mature-green and shipped immediately after; if issues arise, contact us for guidance or support.

We ship out orders early in the week, Mondays or Tuesdays, so you get your packages before any weekend delays.

Yes, once your order ships, we email a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

How to store mangos?

Do not refrigerate a firm mango, as it will interfere with the ripening process; chill it only after it is fully ripe. Generally, when they start to smell and become soft to the touch, it is safe to refrigerate.

What varieties are in the box?

It's a seasonal mix based on what trees are peaking. Details will be in the product description within the shop.

Do you ship to my state?

Yes, except if you reside in California or Hawaii. Not available in these states because of USDA regulations.

Is the fruit organic?

We are not certified organic, but we practice sustainable horticulture methods to protect our land and your fruit.
