  • Order Cut-off: Sunday at 11:59 PM EST.

  • Harvest & Pack: Monday & Tuesday mornings.

  • Shipping Days: Monday & Tuesday via USPS Priority Mail.

  • Arrival: Estimated 1–3 business days after shipping.

Luro Grove Shipping & Delivery Policy

We provide nationwide fruit delivery, excluding California and Hawaii due to USDA regulations.

Packing

Each mango is individually wrapped in paper to handle the journey

Varieties included in the mixed box will be updated on a weekly basis throughout the season

Mangos are picked when mature-green (not fully tree-ripened) and shipped immediately after.

The shipment will included 5-7 mangos, roughly 8-10 lb

You will receive an automated email containing a tracking number once the package is dropped off at the post office.

Luro Grove Return Policy

1. Our Freshness Guarantee

At Luro Grove, we take great pride in the quality of our Home-grown produce. Every fruit box is hand-inspected and packed with care in our Miami grove before it begins its journey to you.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products fresh tropical fruits, we do not accept returns or exchanges. * Once a fruit box or nursery plant has left our facility, food safety regulations prevent us from restocking or reselling these items.

  • All sales are final.

3. Damaged or Delayed Shipments

While we use professional-grade packaging to protect your order, we understand that transit can occasionally be rough.

  • Report Damage Immediately: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us at lurogrove@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Required Documentation: Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged fruit and the exterior of the shipping box. This is necessary for our case-by-case review and for any insurance claims we may need to file with the carrier.

  • Case-by-Case Review: We review every damage report individually. Depending on the situation, we may offer a partial store credit, a replacement in the next harvest cycle, or a partial refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Customer Responsibility

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. Luro Grove is not responsible for spoiled fruit due to incorrect addresses or "undeliverable" status provided by the customer.

  • Timely Unpacking: Tropical fruits are sensitive to temperature. We highly recommend being present for delivery and unpacking your items immediately to ensure peak freshness and quality.
