Another incredible Lemon Merengue descendant and sibling to Lemon Zest. Despite their differences in flavor, all three share a delightful candied citrus essence.
Field notes:
On our property, this mango must be picked mature green or at first sign of color change at latest. If picked tree-ripened yellow, it gets an awefull jelly seed and never reaches it's great flavor.
