Lemon Zest

If you like candied citrus then you will love this mango. And you have to remind yourself it's a mango! This is a Lemon Merengue (from Myanmar) seedling created by Gary Zill in FL, that carries it's unique flavor profile.
It turns yellow when ripe and often gets a green, camouflage blotching on the skin, which does not affect the fruit.

Field notes:
I find this mango can be picked yellow on the tree with no issues unlike Orange Sherbet.
