CAC
An intensely sweet Vietnamese mango with an acidic floral aftertaste. A very unique tasting mango that some family members will fight you for!
Fun fact:
We won a plate of CAC mangos at the Fairchild Mango Festival auction years before it was commercially propagated. We bid on it because it was the was initially thought to be an Edward seedling (which it's not) and no one else was interested in it. It was so good, we won the bid the following year and Dr. Campbell was nice enough to graft us a tree!
